The hustle of working culture is in a constant pursuit of excellence. For those of us in the midst of it all, it is sometimes hard to differentiate between excellence and perfection. In competitive and demanding working culture, it may seem like we need to be the very best in everything in order to be excellent. But for many of us, this perfectionism in disguise just leaves us feeling stressed, burnt out, and unsatisfied. Excellency and your mental health does not have to be mutually exclusive, but perfectionism is just not the answer!
